As we pledge to offer you the best training experience, we expect your commitment and dedication to fulfilling the tasks and duties assigned to you. Below are some mandatory guidelines you need to follow and complete before the end of your course.

Admission Mandate:

1. Registration Fee Validity: The registration fee of INR 1000/- is valid for 90 days from the date of payment. You must complete your three trial classes within this period. If you fail to do so, a new registration will be required.
2. Payment of Fees: On the day of your one class, you must pay the first installment of your fees. Failure to do so will result in not being allotted a batch.
3. Course Completion: You must complete your course within 365 days of paying the first EMI. Any extension requires pre-approval from the Dytus Academy management. Applications for such cases must be emailed to info@dytus.in.
4. Re-admission: If a student does not complete the course within one year, re-admission will be necessary, following the standard admission process.
5. EMI Payments: Each EMI payment must be made within 7 days of the due date. Any delay will incur a penalty of INR 100/- per day.
   1. If an EMI payment is missed or delayed beyond the due date, the student must pay the total balance of the scheduled EMI + current EMI + applicable penalty fees on the next payment due date.
   2. Any exceptions for delayed payments must be pre-approved by management. Applications for such cases should be emailed to info@dytus.in.
6. GST: All quoted fees include applicable GST.

Academic Integrity:

1. Attendance: A minimum of 75% attendance is required throughout the course.
2. In case of unavoidable circumstances requiring leave, written approval from your trainer must be submitted.
3. Assignment Submission: All assignments, homework, and projects must be submitted to the trainer within the specified timeframe. Any exceptions require approval from the respective trainer.
4. Grading: Your grade will be determined by your academic performance, attendance, participation, and the quality of your resume and portfolio.

      C (Average; Needs to improve)
      D (Poor; Needs revision)
      E (Rejected)

3. Acceptable Website Use

(A) Security Rules
Visitors are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including, but not limited to:

1. Accessing data not intended for the user or logging into a server or account without authorization.
2. Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
3. Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network by means such as submitting a virus, Trojan horse, overloading, flooding, mail bombing, or crashing.
4. Sending unsolicited electronic mail, including promotions and advertising of products or services.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Dytus Academy and/or its associate entities will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users involved.

(B) General Rules Visitors may not use the Website to transmit, distribute, store, or destroy material that:

1. Could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or violate any applicable law or regulation.
2. Infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others or violates the privacy or publicity of other personal rights of others.
3. Is libelous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful.

4. Indemnity

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from their use of the Website or their breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Liability

The User agrees that neither Dytus Academy nor its group companies, directors, officers, or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:

1. The use or inability to use the service.
2. The cost of procurement of substitute goods or services.
3. Unauthorized access to or alteration of the user's transmissions or data.
4. Any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Dytus Academy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Furthermore, Dytus Academy shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the service, whether justified or not, negligent or intentional. In sum, the Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or losses shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company, if any, related to the cause of action.

6. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages

In no event shall Dytus Academy or any parties, organizations, or entities associated with the corporate brand name be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware, or loss of data, information, or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and its materials, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not such organizations or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Communication Policy

When you voluntarily send us electronic mail, we will keep a record of this information to respond to you. We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. You may visit our site anonymously. However, if you submit your personal information and contact details, we reserve the right to contact you via Call, SMS, Email, or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.
