VEERRAJ TECHZEN PRIVATE LIMITED has a firm cancellation policy for all admissions made with a non-refundable INR 1000 registration fee. Please review the following terms and conditions concerning refunds for fees paid at any stage of your admission and training.

Scenario 1: Admission

We value the trust you place in us when you enroll in a course at Dytus Academy. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise and you are not satisfied with your decision, we accept cancellations within 7 days of registration, under the following conditions:

1. Voluntary withdrawal from the course before being assigned to a batch.
2. No more than one classroom session attended post-registration.

Scenario 2: Active Student

Our goal is to ensure you're fully satisfied with every course you register for at our academy. If you decide to discontinue your training, a refund may be processed according to these conditions:

1. A student is considered ‘active’ after attending at least 3 classes and paying the first installment of fees.
2. The registration fee of INR 1000 is non-refundable for active students.
3. If the student has attended up to 4 classes, a refund of up to 25% may be processed, subject to management approval.
4. No refund is applicable if the student has attended 5 or more classes.

Scenario 3: Active & Ongoing Student

Students who have been enrolled for over a month at Dytus Academy and have made all due payments are considered ‘active & ongoing.’ If such a student wishes to withdraw, the following conditions apply:

1. A formal request must be submitted to the Operations team.
2. No refund is available for students on EMI payment plans.
3. No refund is granted for students who wish to pause their course and resume later; the fee will be adjusted upon resumption of classes.

Scenario 4: One-Time Payment

For students who have paid the entire course fee upfront, the following refund conditions apply:

1. If the student has attended up to 8 classes or has spent one month in training (whichever is less), a 50% refund of the course fee (excluding the registration fee) is applicable.
2. If the student has attended up to 16 classes or has spent two months in training (whichever is less), a 25% refund of the course fee (excluding the registration fee) is applicable.
3. No refund is available if the student has attended up to 24 classes or has spent three months in training.

Scenario 5: Discounted Fee Payment

Students admitted under a discounted fee campaign at Dytus Academy are eligible for refunds based on the following terms:

1. The registration fee of INR 1000 is refundable within 7 days of registration, provided the student has not attended any classes.
2. No refund is available once a student has attended three or more classes and paid any due fees.

For all approved refunds, the amount will be transferred within 5 working days from the date of formal approval. The refund will be issued via the same method used for the original payment.
